Doug Kenna (born June 11, 1924) was an American football player. He was a quarterback and halfback, who was coached by Earl Blaik. He played his freshman year at the University of Mississippi for the Ole Miss Rebels. Following his freshman year, Kenna received an appointment to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point where he played college football for Army as a sophomore, junior and senior.
